IUA Welcomes Leadership Appointments

Isuzu UTE Australia (IUA) has welcomed a new era for the brand, with leadership changes for the organisation’s Board of Directors, effective from 1st June 2025.
Long-serving IUA Director, Mr. Koichiro Yoshida has departed after seven years of leading Sales, Marketing and Network Development divisions, set to return to Mitsubishi Corporation Headquarters in Japan.
Coinciding with Mr. Yoshida’s departure, IUA Director Mr. Ryosuke (Roy) Takeishi, will transition from his current portfolio of Aftersales, to take on the vacant position left by Mr Yoshida’s departure as Sales, Marketing and Network Development divisions lead.
Praising Mr. Yoshida’s tenure with the organisation, IUA Managing Director, Mr. Junta Matsui said he is “grateful for his years of dedication and commitment to IUA, contributing to the long-term success of the brand."

In a new appointment, Mr. Xiaohang (Don) Dong has assumed the role of Director, Aftersales, having joined the organisation in May. Mr. Dong has extensive industry experience with his previous role at fellow Mitsubishi Corporation business, NextFleet, where he served as Managing Director and Board Member.
With Mr. Dong’s appointment, and change in portfolio for established Director, Mr. Takeishi, IUA’s Board of Directors will remain consistent with the current structure led by Managing Director, Mr. Junta Matsui. Joining Mr. Matsui, who will continue to oversee Product Planning, are Mr. Takeishi who will continue to oversee Corporate Planning and Mr. Dong, along with existing Director, Mr. Hideyuki (Hide) Ogawa, who continues to lead Finance, IT, HR and Administration.
